Also, here are a few things to keep in mind:

1) There is a minimum order amount of $450, before any additional charges and taxes

2) All orders will include an additional 10% shipping and handling charge

3) All orders within Canada will also include 7% GST; also, unless accompanied by a properly completed PST exemption form, orders from within Ontario will include an additional 8% PST

4) Orders will be shipped directly to you via Fedex, UPS, Canpar, DHL, Menlo Worldwide, Canada Post, or another appropriate delivery agent depending upon your location (please make sure that we have your complete shipping address)

5) All US orders must be accompanied by a valid Federal Tax ID#

6) Payment terms for established customers are net 30 days, and COD or Proforma for new clients
